Terms and Conditions – MML Holistic/Sports Massage Therapy Services

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of sports massage therapy services by Muscle Medic London (“the Therapist”). By booking or attending an appointment, you (“the Client”) agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided
The Therapist offers holistic/sports massage therapy aimed at improving muscle function, aiding recovery, reducing tension, and supporting general wellbeing. These services are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.

3. Health and Medical Disclosure
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, and medications prior to treatment. The Therapist reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if deemed unsafe.
Clients are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional (e.g., GP) if unsure about receiving massage therapy.

4. Consent to Treatment
By attending an appointment, the Client provides informed consent to receive holistic massage therapy and/or sports massage therapy. The Client understands they may request adjustments, or stop treatment at any time.

5. Appointments and Cancellations

• Appointments must be booked in advance.
• A minimum of [24/48] hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations of less than 48 hours notice may be charged 50% of the session fee.
• Cancellations of less than 24 hours notice may be charged 100% of the session fee.

6. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include card/online transfer. Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice.

7. Late Arrival Policy
If the Client arrives late, the session may be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. Full fees will still apply.

8. Professional Boundaries
All treatments are strictly professional and therapeutic. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the session, and full fees be charged.

9. Liability Disclaimer
The Therapist will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from:

• Failure to disclose medical conditions
• Failure to follow post-treatment advice
• Pre-existing conditions

Clients accept that results may vary and no guarantees are provided.

10. Confidentiality and Data Protection
All personal and medical information provided by the Client will be kept confidential and stored securely in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information will not be shared without consent unless required by law.

11. Hygiene and Safety
The Therapist maintains high standards of hygiene and reserves the right to refuse treatment if the Client presents with contagious conditions, infections, or is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

12. Minors
Clients under the age of 18 must have parental or guardian consent and may require a parent/guardian to be present during the session.

13. Amendments to Terms
The Therapist reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.

Promotional Offer, 'New Client Offer'  – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
These Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional offers (“Offers”) for massage services provided by Muscle Medic London.

2. Eligibility

• Offers are available to customers aged 18 or over.
• New client offers are limited to first-time customers only (if applicable).

3. Offer Details

• The Offer applies only to 45 Minute Sports massage treatments and 60 & 90 Minute Holistic Massage treatments.
• The discount or promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or used on other services.

4. Booking & Redemption

• Appointments must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• Customers must enter code 'MML10' at checkout to receive the 10% discount when booking.
• The discount cannot be applied after the booking has been completed, and payment processed.  

6. Limitations

• One Offer per person unless otherwise stated.
• Offers cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.

7. Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions before treatment.
• Muscle Medic London reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.

8. Changes

• Muscle Medic London reserves the right to withdraw or change the Offer at any time.
